Free shipping
Shop diidi offers free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 2:00 PM AEST] are processed the next business day.

Delivery times start from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders only)

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Incorrect address
Please check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
